EdUrecruitment’s founders are all either current Head teachers or teacher development consultants who have a wealth of experience in recruitment for their own schools and have now joined forces to support recruitment in other European schools

We offer FREE support and guidance to all school based applicants looking for international jobs. We are looking for teachers, admin,nurses and EAL teachers for all our schools across Europe.With our experience in this field, links with Inspired and proactive methods of sourcing new jobs, we can offer candidates exciting new possibilities throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

Teachers are given the possibility to email contact details, a CV, and preferred employment location and specialist subject areas.

The highly trained consultants will openly communicate between you and the schools to find you the best options and the best fit. Our admin and liason service will will also work to provide support on every step of the recruitment process.

The usual job application criteria and recruitment procedures will apply in order for a potential candidate to qualify for an interview with the school.

SCHOOLS

We are able to offer schools a selection of educationalists and support staff  for the age range (1-18) that are qualified and properly vetted with EU origins and specialisms, in primary or secondary sectors.

The consultants are higly trained in the education sector and are well aware of safe guarding. We like to create a positive long lasting relationship with all of our applicants and provide regular feedback.

Crucially, we only deal with schools directly, meaning that our teachers sign their contracts with and are paid directly by their international schools. We are proud to work with INSPIRED and help provide a unique, bespoke service to our clients and candidates.

SAFEGUARDING

A robust recruitment process is used by EdUrecruitment to counteract the unique dangers International schools face.We concentrate on key stages of recruitment as laid out by Educare including the importance of pre-recruitment planning and the use of key unique interview tactics.We also advise schools on the procedures after the hire takes place.

Our company takes safeguarding children very seriously and the interview process will include safeguarding and staff conduct expectations, and a robust selection process is embedded that helps with vetting.

We also stay within all Data Protection laws and GDPR privacy policies
