Cormac Davey
Consultant (based Ireland)
Cormac Davey is from Co.Kildare, Ireland, a teacher of History, Politics & Society and Religious education. Cormac works with the professional development service for teachers (PDST), with whom he promotes the improvement of teaching and learning in schools throughout Ireland. He has worked in his subject areas, while also facillitating professional development in the areas of formative assessment and team teaching for inclusion of students of all needs.He has worked in Ireland, Italy and China.

Gerry Rafferty
Co Founder and Consultant (based Italy)
Gerry Rafferty is a Physicist from Armagh, Northern Ireland, and is a highly skilled leader with an exemplary background and proven contributions to the development of school and community environments, offering high levels of staff management, curriculum design and implementation, student welfare and pastoral care.
He has worked within posts in Ireland, UK and Italy, for 35 years., working as a teacher, Head of Department, Deputy Head, Headteacher. He is now the founding Executive Principal of St Louis High School Milan and has employed well over 300 teachers to work in Europe.The St Louis School Milan has the highest average IB Diploma Score (37) in Europe spanning the last 7 years.

Jak Kearney
Consultant (based Spain)
James (Jak) Kearney is an experienced Maths teacher and International School Leader originally from Somerset UK. Presently he is the Head and CEO of the Sotogrande International School Spain. Previously he worked as a Deputy Head and Advanced skills teacher in the UK, and as a Key stage coordinator and faculty Head in the Philippines. Jak has a passion for engaging pupils in their learning, building highly effective teams and developing community links to use Education as a force for good in the world. He uses these passions to recruit people who work for his school and others.
